Very unhappy with my service today. Waited 3 hours and 18 minutes for my car to be done with a routine service. I call the service Dept to find out how long it normally takes and she tells me that my car is done and he left a message on my phone. Yeah no he didn't. Problem number 2. Car purchased brand new from them has 10,000 miles. The technician tells me that I need two new front tires! What??? How can that be???
