Freight charge scam. You will pay more for shipping than anything you purchase online here. No explanation either. All other steel suppliers charge the appropriate freight. Abysmal web site that will eat up your time waiting on glitches. Abysmal customer service. Multiple pre-authorizations on your debit card. By the time your order is complete, the bank is withholding three times the purchase price for 72 hours or more.
I have been shopping at king metals for several years and have always been super satisfied especially when I went in the store last week. The young lady was so very helpful as I stated in my review. When I got home and realized I forgot something I called back to talk to her and left a message for her to call me back and when she didn’t I got a little aggravated and left a bad review but when she seen it she promptly called me back and took care of it like a professional.
