I booked an appointment for Monday 10 am. I lef my other stuff to reach there for my appointment. When I reached there, I found the office closed. Plz work well or do not kill peole time!
I’ve been getting treated here for about a year on and off. The staff are amazing!! Everyone is very gentle and kind while working on patients, always checking in and making sure you’re comfortable. I love that they have the option for a male or female massage therapist! Dr. Shahani is super accommodating and really cares for all of her patients. The online booking system is bad. It's managed by one person who has to manually input info from online bookings. I arrived to a massage appointment and the door was locked because they never scheduled my appointment after it was made online. When I made appointments in person I could not find them on my account online because they don't update the online portal. The physio therapist accepted me as a patient but after 3 appointments told me they were leaving for 3 months on a personal trip. I required more treatments but hav... read more
