I’ve been getting treatment here for a few months. Dr. Shalini and the staff are very welcoming and always finds different techniques to help find what works best for my healing journey, I would highly recommend this place.
Had a great experience—Dr. Shahani made me custom orthotics that have significantly reduced my knee pain. She’s very personable, takes the time to explain everything, and clearly knows her stuff. I’d highly recommend her if you’re looking for quality orthotics and a practitioner who genuinely cares.
They helped me get back to normal after having intense sciatica. The stretches and exercises they gave me to do at home helped a lot, as well as the treatments they did at their clinic. Always friendly, always making sure the pain wasn't too intense, and always reminding me that I can call them with any questions I have.

The physiotherapist created a personalized plan that really helped improve my mobility, the chiropractor's adjustments made a noticeable difference in my back pain, and the massage therapy sessions were incredibly relaxing and effective for muscle tension.
