My son has been working with Anthony Spain to improve his speed/agility as a multi-sport athlete and Anthony's tailored workouts have been a game changer! Highly recommend.

One of the best massages I have ever had! I even tried cryotherapy afterward to help speed up my recovery after a long trail run and was amazed to wake up today feeling so good. I started training with Anthony Spain and the Kinetix Bootcamp team in November 2016. Our training is never the "same ole routine". Anthony creates a new, challenging regimen every class. The women in our Bootcamp are inspirational motivating one another every step of the way. The staff is always friendly and the facility is immaculate. We've entrusted our daughter to the exceptional training of Michael Butler also. Kinetix has become a part of our family. #kinetixstrong
I brought my son who is an athlete. He tried out the cryotherapy. He was feeling sore from the soccer season which just ended. Today he is feeling refreshed. I will be bringing him back every 3 months. The facility and staff were very friendly. I loved it.
I have been a professional golfer for 13 years. I started training with Mike and Susan in 2011 and within a short time I was getting stronger and seeing the changes in my body help my golf game. I have consistently been ranked inside the top 350 golfers in the world since training at Kinetix. I have won multiple events around the world and continue to strive to play on the PGA Tour.
