(35) One star reviews says it all. Lazy management, minimal equipment maintenance and high fees with a never ending contract. Go across the street for half the price, new equipment and a staff that cares about their customers
Due to medical issues, neither my husband nor I are able to utilize the gym; however, Kinetix is stingy and rude and continues to chathe us but will not let us know when we are free from the debt collector. Would not recommend them to anyone, they are money hungry and do not care about the customers/clients/
Kinetix Dawsonville renewed my personal training contract without my permission and although the club manager admitted it was his mistake the corporate office is denying me a refund. After reading these reviews and other reviews on other online forums, I realize I am not the only one they have done this to. I have filed a complaint with the BBB am I am waiting for their response.
