I see Tammy for body work every two weeks because I workout 3 to 4 times a week. My lower body gets a true sports massage with her talented skills. She's able to release the tightness, help with my lower back pain, and open up the channels for recovery. There are many massage therapist that has worked on me, but Tammy takes the cake. I've referred family and friends to her; everyone of them have thanked me for recommending her for their recovery.
Tammy knows what she is doing! I came in with shoulder pain and she worked on a lot of different things. After that session I lifted better than I have in weeks. She has magic hands!!! If you're having any kind of pain or issues or even just need a tune up then go see Tammy immediately!
Tammy is THE BEST! She was able to hit the right muscles and release tension in the right places. I've used multiple massage therapists and her techniques are top notch .
