Absolutely love this gym! Friendly coaches, clean, and welcoming community of fitness lovers! They have classes or open gym. Kids are welcome!
I came in as a drop in while on a business trip and was very impressed with the organization and cleanliness of this place. Super friendly people too! Definitely would recommend!
Best gym in orange county
This is a very well run gym. Well equipped, very organized. EXTREMELY CLEAN. Professional staff. Owner Mike is very involved and is a dedicated coach as well. Other coaches are well trained and prepared. Friendly members as well. I visited this gym as a drop-in; if I were local I would definitely join its a great box!
Hate them, they make me run. I throw every excuse I can come up with, not too run. They are unphased by my many attempts and end up running any way. My couch potato ways, have no power here. Hate them.
