Ryan at the southside Indy store was incredibly helpful! As a first time homeowner, this is all new to me. I recently had my Kinetico water softener relocated. The service involved a simple move without disconnection or installation, quoted at $199. Chase Jones, a Kinetico employee, and a regional manager from Michigan handled the delivery. While the scheduling process was smooth, the actual service left room for improvement. The team efficiently transported the unit, but their attention to detail was lacking. Most notably, they didn't wipe down the water softener before placing it in my garage.
