Friendly helpful service that took the time to actually instruct me on the old system I have.
My husband and I cannot say enough good about Randy and Caleb. Randy took the time to explain the system and why he recommended the water conditioner for us. Today Caleb came out and installed the new system. Both men were confident in their product, very likable, and interested in us and what we wanted. We are very excited to use our new products.
Caleb was on time, did his service job promptly and answered all my questions.
Roger was very informative explaining in detail how I should are for the unit. He was on time and very friendly and polite.
Caleb knows his stuff. He did an excellent job and explained to me what he was doing. And taught me how to do the filter change and when, which was explained to me when the system was installed. Great employee for Kinetico.
Roger was great; fixed the problem and educated me on best method to change out filter.
