Worst customer service ever. Called today to schedule a regular maintenance on my kinetico water system, I just purchased the home and have never had a softener system so I asked if they can go through everything with me and if it’s possible to come after 2pm on Wednesday or Friday. Then be on the maintenance schedule every 6 months, was told absolutely not we will not come on your schedule they will come when they have time.
