First and last time I’ll use this shop. I went in to get a flat tire changed. The gentleman at the front desk talked to me like I didn’t know anything and as if it was a hassle to provide the service. He had a hard time changing the tire and at one point even asked for another guy to help him. Fast forward two weeks later when I go to ride my bike for the first time since the tire change and the frame around the thru axle is all chipped up. Wonderful experience. Very helpful.
Great bike shop. I stop in here all the time and the guys and gals here always take care of me and my random questions about specialty bike assembly challenges. They have provided quick turnaround for some tough mechanical jobs too. Highly recommend this shop!
