I want to preface this review by saying that I will change my review if circumstances change. But, as of right now, I have no other option but to rate this business as a 1/5. Me and my husband noticed one of this company’s properties on Zillow, and were very much interested in applying so I requested to apply. I applied for a unit with 2 other people and did not hear anything from the company for days. I actually had to call them first in order to get any information about my application. Right off the bat my partner was denied for having bad credit. When I called for clarification, I had trouble reaching Tobin. And finally when he called me back he explained that you had to have a minimum 650 credit score to live at any of their properties. My sister and I lived in their 47th Ave property for a year and a half. Our experience was great from the apartment we stayed in to the service we received when requested. Tobin Johnson our property manager there was very responsive when it came to concerns we expressed or work orders we needed. We called the apartment home for a year and half and loved it! If you're looking for a well managed apartment that's in a great location I would recommend contacting Kinetic Properties LLC and asking for Tobin Johnson!
My brother and I worked with manager Tobin Johnson for the past 1.5 years, and we were beyond impressed and satisfied with his performance. He made us feel at home, and his phone calls/email responses were always timely. We hope to find another property manager as thorough and personable as Tobin in the future!
