Drew has been so helpful keeping me disc golfing, minimizing my back and hip and shoulder stiffness/pain. One time I had severe back spasms so bad that I couldn't barely move I called my primary care doctor and they said "go to the ER." Drew on the other hand spent a few minutes on the phone with me talking me through what was likely going on, what to do, and what to expect until I could get mobile enough to go in for an appointment.
