Booked a 1 on 1 session with Dr. Ohson because I was stuck. I train hard, eat clean, and was still plateauing. Instead of throwing a generic program at me, he spent the full hour asking detailed questions about my training, recovery, and nutrition. T is the best! I had an issue with my ankle that I couldn’t get rid of. After a few appointments with T it was so much better, and now I have no pain at all. Highly recommended
