Robert and his team have been awesome to deal with. Unfortunately I had to replace all three of my units due to the Builder not properly installing them and Robert has been over the top with communication and his attention to detail. It was very important not to have the old units removed from the roof by going through my house and Robert understood and accommodated our request even though it wasn't easy. Kinetic Air did an excellent job replacing our upstairs A/C unit right in the middle of summer. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. They showed up when they said they would, explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently despite the heat. The new unit is running great and our upstairs is finally comfortable again. We really appreciated their responsiveness and attention to detail. Highly recommend Kinetic Air for reliable, quality A/C work.
Kinetic Air replaced my entire heating and air system. They knew exactly what I needed, very honest, efficient, clean and on time. They follow Up with the work that is done, and promptly return phone calls. Two of my neighbors also used them and we all are very pleased. I highly recommend them if you want peace of mind.
