Tenía dolor de cadera cuando corria. Por meses tomé medicamentos y evitaba hacer cualquier tipo de ejercicio. Decidi trabajar con Kinesis por que el cuidado es personalizado. El progreso que he visto Durante el proceso ha sido increíble…. Cada sesión veo claras mejorías ….. debí empezar antes
I’ve been coming to this clinic for the past months and I’m both impressed and very pleased with the outcome of my physical therapy so far. Both Dr. Tito and Dr. Raisa have an incredible way of interacting with their patients. I definitely feel like they have my best interest. Hands down one of the best experience for someone going to the chiropractor for the first time. Dr. Raisa is very patient and very professional with everything that she does. She really does want to help you and to know your needs, she knows what she’s doing and you can 100% trust her. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
After having knee surgery, I wasn’t given an actual post-op exercise plan. The exercises were pretty basic and I wasn’t seeing results. I was hesitant to come to Kinesis thinking it would just be more generic exercises but this was different. Dr. Raisa made a plan just for me and worked with me one on one during every visit. In less than a month I was able to walk without my walker and go to family events without feeling like a burden. I am happy I took a chance and tried something new & different.
