My mom had a significant spinal surgery (she's in her early 80s) recently. In order to get her where she needed to be physically and mentally to move her over to the assisted living place where she and my dad share a lovely apartment, the team at St George rehabilitation had to come together to get her strong and safe to move. These folks are downright compassionate and worked tirelessly to help get her where she needed to be. I recommend this team without reservation. My Mom needed rehabilitation & her insurance covers this facility. I gotta say: She had been in care for almost 2 months. She stated the food was horrible, CNA were under staffed so she really didn't get changed in a timely manner, she felt abused by a couple members of the staff, reported all of it & she stated she felt invisible, kept getting the run around about many things. Would leave zero stars if I could. Do not take your family member here. Our uncle was there because family works and my uncle was falling down. This facility transferred my uncle to the nearby emergency room without notifying anyone in our family. My Mother only found out he was transferred because she went to visit him only to be told he wasn’t there.
