Wound care was excellent. Jill is very upbeat & knowledgeable. I'd give her a 5 rating. Mike (onsite nurse practitioner for St. Anthony's hospitalists) was a Godsend. He always wanted to be sure my medical needs were met. Petrina (social worker) worked diligently with my insurance & other facilities to gain placement for ongoing care. Angie (in charge of facility) was caring and concerned when issues arose requiring review. I felt she addressed those within her power to change as quickly as possible. The facility is amazing the nursing care the wound care the therapy team I would recommend this hospital. Therapy was difficult but much needed. Wound care team was excellent, nursing was good to me and assisted me with my pain which was very appreciated.
I received great care here. Wound care was great and therapy was great would recommend this facility to anyone.
Great staff that provided great care. Food was pretty good. Wound care was exceptional, very friendly and helpful.Brittney and Jill great patient advocates and made a tough situation easier to handle. Would recommend this facility to everyone.

My Mother was at Kindred for 2 weeks. When we arrived the room it was filthy. There was puke on the garbage can, bathooms were filthy with only cold water in the showers. The floors were filthy and ticky. My mom was put in a broken bed for the first 5 days, after fighting for her, I finally got our new bed. My mom would sit in her feces for hours and I got in trouble for changing her. My mother would'nt get a bath some days and they actually bought me the things to give her a bath with and I did it myself. My mother was need... read more
I came here from Parkland hospital for antibiotic therapy, renal issues and wound care. I am leaving today but wanted to say thank you to Brittany, Suzanna,Latonya,Tamara and the entire rehab team for your care and concern. The service provided was very good. I would recommend this facility to anyone. I appreciated the care and concern every showed here and made my recovery experience great. I can't name everyone individually but I want to thank everyone for their care.
