Kindred Hospital is an old run down place. Many (but not all) of the nursing staff appeared very...uneducated. Almost sci fi strange. The bed was filthy with just a little half sheet that wadded up. Staff was totally unaware of patient history. No patient dignity-left completely exposed. Nursing stall would yell from room to other staff members. The care here is excellent. Wound care was great and Jill was great! Malinda was also very good. Dr. Ekram was also very good and always took his time with me. I really appreciate everything that was done for me. Rehab was also great and got me walking !

I couldn't have asked for better care! Everyone from the nurses to techs really took good care of me. I appreciate all the care and concern that has been shown. I appreciate the help I received from Cathy, as she answered questions and generally assisted in my care. I am happy to say that I am up and walking, even doing stairs, thanks to the wonderful therapy department. I would recommend this hospital if you have extended healthcare needs.

I would definitely recommend this hospital. I was here for about 3 1/2 weeks, initially on a ventilator. I was soon weaned from this, began therapy, and those girls were great. And here I am now walking out of here on my own. I went back home! If you need longer hospitalization, I would recommend Kindred Mercy.

I received very good care here. Everyone was very nice to me. The therapy girls were excellent. Cathy was a big help also, as she always came to visit and made sure I was ok and being treated nicely. I didn't have to stay long and got to return home with home health. I would recommend this hospital.

I was pleased with my care at Kindred Hospital at Mercy. The nurses, therapists and most everyone were very attentive to my needs. I do feel work needs to be done to increase the timeliness in answering the call light. The food service was great. I would recommend Kindred Hospital for your healthcare needs.

Therapy girls were the most patient in the world with me. They showed me I could, when I kept saying I couldn't. The CNA's went above and beyond in the care and response to my needs. Jill with wound care was excellent! She knows her job and does it well. Gwinnett and Cathy also went above and beyond in listening to me! Thank you all for your excellent care!
