The talll chubby annoying Mexican so call office manager (wore Burgundy shirt and white flower in hair by ear) is RUDE AND JUST ACTS ANNOYED to do bare minimum and communicate refused to give me her name to make a complaint and refused and laughed when asked to speak to someone higher up or a supervisor she claimed she could not reach her and she was unavailable She thought she look cute with that flower in her hair but she needs to be trained to communicate and be patient as we pay for services here nothing is free and ther... read more

Sent here by an urgent care because Kindred advertises 24-hour service. The signage is a maze we never would have found the right door without security’s help, and even the door he pointed us to had a sign redirecting us elsewhere. When someone finally answered, we were told the doctor was on vacation with no backup. Advertising 24-hour care and having no doctor available is unacceptable.”

I called this place just after 7am to confirm that they were open, and they said they had no wait, so I started driving over (about 10 minutes). I got calls from a different number while I was driving, which I ignored as spam. The intake person was very rude to me, saying that they had called me several times to switch me to telehealth, and that the doctor wasn't even there. They also told me I needed to exit the building while filling out my forms. Why tell me you're open if you can't help any patients? Horrible. I went to ... read more

This place is worthless. Doctor spent 30 seconds with me. They didn't hear my concerns, medical history, or even performed an appropriate exam. Do not recommend.
