I called this place just after 7am to confirm that they were open, and they said they had no wait, so I started driving over (about 10 minutes). I got calls from a different number while I was driving, which I ignored as spam. The intake person was very rude to me, saying that they had called me several times to switch me to telehealth, and that the doctor wasn't even there. They also told me I needed to exit the building while filling out my forms. Why tell me you're open if you can't help any patients? Horrible. I went to ... read more

This place is worthless. Doctor spent 30 seconds with me. They didn't hear my concerns, medical history, or even performed an appropriate exam. Do not recommend.

Hello, I am a US Navy Veteran and couldn’t believe what happened this morning. My wife was having stroke-like symptoms this morning, 5:50 AM PST. We don’t live out here, and we are visiting our home church, Patria, tomorrow. The clerk stopped us at the door and said they were closed for an hour and there was nothing he could do. The clerk displayed no concern or care. He was ready to take his lunch break. My wife could barely breathe, and she was having chest pains. Absolutely Disgusting Service! Took in my 1 year old by recommendation of the insurance company members services, for where we should go. Waited over an hour to be seen. Zero priority for infants. Got put into a room and left to wait yet again, keeping a sick toddler occupied. For the doctor to come in listen to less than a minute of her symptoms to then be told...."I'll stop you there. We have no pediatricians on staff here, she needs to be seen by a pediatrician. Let me give you an address of where you should take her". To... read more
