I was dead set against coming here because i thought it was a nursing home. At the end of my first day i was already walking better! The staff has been positive and helped me me improve everyday. THEY ARE EQUIPED TO HANDLE ALL LEVELS OF NEEDs AND EVERYONE IS FRIENDLY. They treat you like family.
My 77-year old mom was transferred from the Carle Health ICU to here due to still being on a ventilator. I was skeptical and did not think my mom was ready to "transition". One month later, she was discharged with HomeHealth Care; extubated, able to walk, and have a chance of doing everything independently as before.
