My son has been in that place and it's not good at all! He had a significant stroke he cannot talk he sleeps all the way all the time there are no like a babysitters too much over him and other people. I already wrote a few minutes ago but honestly the care of the nurses, doctors are poor! My dogs get more care than those people for real! Yesterday a male nurse said that he would hold my sons phone to try and talk to me nurse was hollering at my son because he couldn't hold the phone for God sake! He had a massive stroke, a few times than Earth was hollering at him over and over again we heard my son saying ouch I'll stop I'll stop and then the phone was hung up I have two people that was hearing this from my home, and the... read more
The social workers have never called me at all for 3 weeks and I leave messages twice and then twice and then twice more no responses, the care of my son has been horrible with nurses and I'm not kidding it's other people's are saying the same thing! Don't take last ones there at all!
Poor care with my son with a stroke, social worker and case manager never calls me back for 3 weeks already! This place is terrible anyway! The neurology doctor has never called me for 3 weeks also! Don't take your loved ones there at all!

Thanking everyone! When I first arrived at Kindred Ontario, I had open heart surgery. was not able to walk, had a tracheotomy , bedridden and did not have the ability to even eat. Through everyone's assistance at Kindred, I have achieved my goal's through their motivation and excellent care that was provided by all the staff. I Thank above for long term hospitals like Kindred. They are patient and caring with my moms long term needs. They always tell her what they are doing at the moment and have several nurses and good team work for her. I like the Patient Relations worker who is very attentive to any questions I have. Thank you to all the staff at Kindred Ontario.
