This place is an absolute nightmare! Please don't allow your loved one to go there. My sister was there in March, 2022. They wouldn't bathe my sister, didn't do hardly any therapy with her. They were so short staffed, we had to hire a private care giving agency to set with her where she was so afraid to be alone there and they wouldn't answer her call light. Kindred Hospital Indianapolis North provides specialized long-term care with a compassionate team. The staff is supportive, though communication and response times can occasionally be inconsistent.

Our family is very happy with the care my son has received from the staff team at this hospital. We feel like they really cared about him as a person and it was not fake. You can tell when people are fake. To us it was really genuine. Also his mental state was addressed. We appreciate different one's asking how are you doing? They actually stayed to listen; they did not just rush off, but really listened and tried to comfort him. I love Ms Tia the case manager. Sometimes when I was upset about his next steps she was so kind.... read more
