DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. my dad didn’t last 4 days in this place. My dad had a severe brain injury and had a tracheotomy placed. Prior to being transfered here he was dependent on the ventilator for 46 days. Upon arriving they started weaning him off the vent with a trach collar. The respiratory therapist then put in a smaller tube (apart of the weaning process) and misplaced the trach and it went into the soft tissues in his body. My loved one was well cared for at this facility. He was able to meet goals that he had struggled with at other facilities. They cared about their patients and their jobs. I would definitely recommend this facility. We hope to never need their services again but if we do I would choose them again.
The physicians and MOST of the staff at this hospital have no empathy at all, very rude and inconsiderate, not a very good place at all.
There were several times my family member was found looking crazy in the bed, not clean. And the staff will only be attentive when you’re visiting.
Facility was so dirty. There was water stains on the wall from where a leak used to be, or still is. Floors have layers of dirt. Every bathroom I went to with super dirty. The staff is nice but the care, and cleanliness for a hospital is below minimum. I am adding an edit. Beware if you leave a review they don’t like. They went through patient file information & matched my name with an emergency contact number then called me three times while at work to talk about my google review.
