Everyone was good. When I had a concern it was addressed. I enjoyed the food and was able to get good rest.
All the staff was great always keeping us updated, I love it.
This is the worse place you could ever put a loved one. They are only looking for a way to milk your insurance. Run as fast as you can away from this facility.
Therapy have been very good with my husband.I like the fact that they motivate his to get out of bed to do his daily exercises.
My husband unfortunately had to return to Baylor hospital and again we chose kindred. This is the best place. Rehab is fantastic. Tony and Rick with respiratory have been great and very helpful with teaching me how to care for my husband. Everyone has been extremely nice.
The staff were good, they could take better attention to their night crew. The techs and other staff are not as professional as the day shift.
The staff has taken good care of my husband during his stay. They have also been very helpful and respectful towards me as well.
Kindred will benefit from making sure their night shift nursing staff are fully trained to care for their patients. My mother-in-law care was horrible with the night shift they seemed to be either unwilling or unable to care for her trachea several times she was waiting 20-30 for RT to suction her.
