I had a lot of good nurse's and cnas that explained what they were doing and the reason they were doing it. I also had a great physical therapist named Paul that was a amazing person and easy to talk to and friendly and down to earth. To me it's easier to do the exercises when you have someone that explains what needs to be done and takes he's time showing or explaining how to do it in words you can understand. My brother has been given very good care of by the nurses ,first in ICU and now on the second floor staff.He is doing much better now,thanks to the care he has received. Melissa Taylor has been very concerned and helpful about his needs.My family is thankful for the love and care.
Every thing has been perfect. All of the staff have been really organized.
I've been in the hospital for two months, one month at Plaza and and another at Kindred. Everything has been fine. There was a few issues but once we spoke to staff a plan was put in place and our concerns were resolved. There has been several staff that really stood out but Yvette and Kashunna were amazing. Janet with case management has been a huge help. Janet helped my husband stay positive during this time. This place is amazing! Melissa Taylor and all the staff are so kind and helpful! There is one nurse that is exceptional. Her name is Evett, I don't know her last name, but she goes beyond her regular routine. She goes out of her way to help. We love her. Thank Ya'll so much for all of your encouragement. It make me feel at peace, that my husband is going to get back to normal, slowly.
When I arrived at kindred I was quickly welcomed by staff in ICU. I do not have much memory of my time in ICU however my time on the floor has been pleasant. All of the staff has been nice. Merci, one of the RN's that took care of me really stood out. She was so friendly and always wanted to be helpful. I always felt comfortable asking her to help me if I needed. I received great care at this facility. I enjoyed some wonderful staff members.
ICU staff took care of my mother for 3 months, intubation,trachea feeding get tube.Jerry,Jonathon, Willie, Renee nursing staff to name a few. Melissa secretary care taker. Fabulous individual care.
