After calling to talk to the social worker several times I had to leave multiple messages to call me back with out getting one ai gel all back over a 3 days period. I guess calling back about a patients health is not important.
I want to thank the physical therapy team Caitlin, Melissa, Eddie... everyone. All of the nurses and CNA's, patient relations. The entire staff. I think that they're pretty nice anda thank every one for a pleasant visit family. They are all very compassionate towards their patients. I would like to say thank you for your hospitality.
The staff at Kindred North have been giving my mother the best care she could receive. Kudos to Bill and the other great nurses on the Acuity Floor..

I would like to thank Shearita for being so responsive and efficient with helping me. Housekeeping did an excellent job at keeping my room and the hallway clean while I was up on the 4th floor. Dietary is warm when it gets to my room and the presentation is nicely arranged. The servers that deliver the food cart always have a smile on their faces. Maintenance? Hats off to them.
