Gentiva Hospice made such a huge difference in caring for my Aunt Betty Jo. Rhonda HCC came out and explained how her team works together to care for each patient on their service. Sandy SW supported our family through the whole process. Luis the chaplain touched us all with not only his spiritual care but with his presence. Amber her nurse educated us and provided exceptional care. Thank you Gentiva Temple for peace and comfort to our family and our sweet Aunt Jo when we needed it most.
I lost my husband 2 days ago. He was on hospice, and he went at home. Everyone from gentiva that came too my home were so kind and compassionate. I couldn't have gotten through it without them. They were a godsend. I would definitely recommend them to anyone going through what I went through!! God bless them!!
Rhonda (Temple Texas Location) is a fantastic, caring help with Gentiva. She has gone out of her way to help our family care for and adjust to an aging parent. She continually shows kindness, concern, wisdom, and knowledge dealing with our family. She has even gone so far as to refer us to a sister company in North Texas for further help. ******* RED FLAG ******* Not a good experience with Gentiva Hospice, Dropped my father out of Hospice on Christmas day with no help. Not professional at all, and watch the patients meds closely with these people rumor has it ( from your own employees) morphine goes missing...
One of the best experiences I had with them, in some of the most difficult moments of my life they were with me and they did not leave me alone, the process and the death of my husband they were there all the time, my husband got very sick in the early morning I called and they quickly came to assist me, very grateful for their services, I recommend them to everyone.They have a good team work.
