They went out of their way to ensure my Mother was as miserable as possible in her final days. Their words meant absolutely nothing. It's a good thing that pictures speak a thousand words because we have plenty. This company really needs to figure out how they can call themselves a HOSPICE company... In fact, they will be answering plenty of questions in the near future.
Rude to my Dad. He died I had to tell them the next day they completely ignored us no I am sorry or anything just wanted the date and time of death and where he was taken to. He called them almost everyday for help but they added to his stress! Promised him so much but did so little. The only good thing about it was the CNA had compassion. No Sympathy found with this group!
