For the love of God, PLEASE do not use this company. The treatment they showed after my moms passing was unprofessional, uncaring and uncalled for. I filed a complaint with "Michelle" and after 2 weeks never heard back. Then I got a phone call back from their bereavement department who had no clue about my complaint. She said nothing was noted in the file. I told her about my issues and she said she would have the director call me back. The people there try to do their very best, they came out at anytime day or night the evening nurses and the night nurse are very knowledgeable, and was able to help me on the phone and when they arrived my grandmother was sleeping calm and no sings of pain these people have a job that can only be done by a very very special people. I don't know how this stoiner or stoner person came up with only two stars, has to be kidding. Although our first day was a little rocky, the nurse that came the day after was very knowledgeable, on time, and nice. I got a response from the company very quickly in response to my concerns and am since happy with how the company has responded.
