The day after leaving the hospital, during my FIRST appointment, at the time Kindred designated, the worker had to leave for an emergency. I UNDERSTAND AN EMERGENCY IS A PRIORITY!) Unfortunately, there isn't a "backup" plan and they are DEMANDING that I wait until NEXT week! This is UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE!!!

My husband is a difficult patient. This morning I received a call basically telling us they were dropping him, AND calling the VA. He did have a Physical Therapy appointment this afternoon and again for Wednesday. Guess what? No one showed up. I had no idea this was IMMEDIATE. Was not aware this could be done without Doctor's orders. DO NOT MAKE ANY COMPLAINTS to them about their services - you won't last for long!!!
