I recently underwent a total knee replacement. Centerwell Home Health Lake Mary were wonderful. Jay, Terry and Amanda were so helpful, caring and compassionate. They communicated very well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing home health services.
Let the Hospital and was told that Centerwell Home Health would come the next for our first at home infusion. 10am next day no call nothing so I call and told we are not on the yet I have paperwork from the hospital showing medication drop off the day of discharge and start of care date with Centerwell Home Health.
