Recommendedcompassionate staff. excellent fall risk reduction program
They have been called out 3 times to tend to my grandmother. All 3 times there has been issues. This last time her PT was suppose to be at the house at 11:30. She finally showed up at 12:40. No call, no text nothing. I called the Home office and was told she would have a different PT and they would call me back that evening. It's Tuesday and this was last Thursday still have not heard from anyone.
I received excellent care. I loved Janet my PTA and Felicia my nurse. They were an awesome team. I miss them already!!!!�
