Im going to email the head person but I want to leave a Google review so that other families that are just going through what my family has just done. Let me share my story from being a full time caregiver for my Grandmother. In June of 2025 my full-time working doing everything 100%on her own tough Grandmother had a sever stroke right after her 78th Birthday. CenterWell Home Health of Kannapolis has been very helpful taking care of my mom the last couple months. We have been very pleased with the care of their nurses have shown my mom. The only thing I wish would have been better is their communication with their patient and their family. I would have given 5 stars if the communication would have been a little better. Other than that, I would recommend this company for care of your loved one.
Great service and customer care. The only negative comment, is when a RN, leaves the barrier between the wound vac and the skin off. Which caused broke down my skin. The LPN and PT therapist are outstanding
