This is the worst healthcare agency. The staff is rude and the nurse that came out had been drinking. I do NOT recommend this facility at all. Karen was laughing and it was not a laughing matter and Shannon was the nurse who came out, she was very rude and racist and came in smelling like alcohol. Called them at 10: 44 pm and nurse did not arrive until 2:15 am. Totally ridiculously. This company is the worst ever. Nurses had no clue as to what to do. Rude staff and horrible customer service.
I have worked for this organization for 17 years and I am very proud of my branch!
