My name is Eva Newton I'm Doris Gleason's daughter my mother had a fall on12/272024 they released her on 12/31/24 from St Francis Hospital.she has been staying with me at my home Center well came to my home and was doing rehab on her .They are all fantastic but 1 stand out the most and that's Kelly,I don't know her last name but she is awesome and my mom loves her I just thought that you'd like to know thank you
Dropped patient after many months of care because insurance change. It's unfair that a patient can't get continued care because insurance company for care changed but still fully insured.
They all did great work in supporting me in my recovery. I truly appreciate the care and concern for my well being
Unresponsive, CenterWell accepted the referral for my mother from her rehab. facility then nothing. My understanding is they are required to respond within 48 hours. I called them after 72 hours and was told they would call back. They did not. I called back the next day and was told they were waiting for my mother’s PCP to respond and most likely, with the holidays approaching, they wouldn’t be able to see her for over a week.
