I was impressed with the therapists and the routines they gave me to improve my strength and balance worked effectively. I highly recommend this organization for great individual therapy.
I’m looking for a home health agency that offers Speech, occupational, and physical therapy. I was disappointed with the reviews with this company and so I’m sad to say, but I will not be reaching out to use your services. There’s nothing positive said about your company within the last 10 months. That’s disturbing.
I am leaving a fairly low rating. The nurses I have met were wonderful, HOWEVER, the company itself is very poorly managed. I was scheduled to be seen three times per week and as of today, I have been visited ONE time per week. Any problems I have encountered were a direct result of the company being short staffed. This is something a patient should never know about and something management should be on top of. I have never been so disappointed in a health care company in my life! There was confusion between my insurance company and CenterWell. The insurance company gave them a phone number to call to get things straighten out. They refused to call them. Everything is transmittal, no phone calls. They outsource their authorization department to a separate company. I understand procedures yet, humans make mistakes and sometimes a simple phone call can resolve a problem. Extremely disappointed! I would never use them again!
