I'm not sure where you find your staff but however you do it - keep at it! We've had home health care come to our house the past week and ALL the disciplines have been excellent bar none - especially the social worker Carla. What a breath of relief having dealt to having to care for mother w/dementia to finally have someone who understood. My physical therapist is named Wes. I have finished my program with him which was to help me heal from a broken leg. Wes was always welcome and I know I would never have come this far without his help and expertise. He also gives me the desire to continue getting stronger. Joan Blosser
Let's start by saying they lie through their teeth. Called their headquarters they transferred me to the local Center Well health community center talk to the nice people there and they said oh sure we can get you in right away today or tomorrow. All a bunch of lies, so if they have to lie about that just imagine how your bill is and what else they lie about, they need to be investigated it sounds like a scam they are truly unethical, and probably unregulated.
I enjoy working with them (Adrienne and Wes). They know how to encourage me and seem genuinely concerned about my health and my health needs. Very personable and respectful.
