The only reason for any stars at all is a great assessment from Jared on day one. Other than that one very good experience, May, the OT did not show up or call at her appointed time, then called the following day wanting to schedule. Neither my husband nor I could understand her because of a thick accent of some kind, so she would have been a bad fit for us. The PT, Mike, was scheduled today between 10-11 and did not show up. My family recently hired CenterWell Home Health of Tucson to take care of my mom for a week while we prepared to have my mom moved into an assisted living facility. I cannot say enough about what a great job the nurse Kristen Brown did taking care of my mom. I was at a total loss as to which medication my mom should be taking and when. Kristen went the extra mile and help me sort out what was so overwhelming me. Jennifer has been taking care of me for a while now. She is fantastic she takes very good care of me and explains everything she's doing and how everything is going. I just think she's fantastic none better thank you Jennifer for all your help.
Referral was sent twice to the correct fax number. No response. Two stars since the front desk staff seemed nice and courteous.
