I have been blessed to work with this amazing group of therapist currently with Layla who is amazing and easy to get along with. It's at my pace and allows me to open up on my terms. Couldn't ask for better people to work with. If you are looking for a therapist I highly recommend Kindred Art.
Shelley listens when you speak. She makes it a safe place where I feel very comfortable, expressing my feelings to her. She is very genuine, she wants to know how I am mentally and How I am physically feeling. Shelley is very easy to speak with. it’s also very nice to talk to someone that has already been through this situation. I would recommend this lady to anyone.!
Would definitely recommend Kindred. I’ve been to a couple of places in the area and found them the most accommodating for somatic therapy and think art therapy is such a cool option to have in this area (it’s treated as a tool in the toolkit in my experience vs. a requirement- so if you’re not sure about that part, also don’t let that stop you). Shelley has been great!
I've been going to Kindred for about a year. Previously, I had bounced in and out of therapists struggling to find a good fit. My wife and myself each go to different therapists at Kindred, and both of our therapists have been superb. We both feel like we're getting a more holistic treatment that meets us where we are at and seems more personal than many of the places we had been to. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a therapist in the area!
