She is. Wry good. She walks you through process and makes sure there good game plan. Dr. Connor and her staff are great!

If this is the Dr. Mary Connor we used to see in Northampton, she is so missed by me and Lily, my dog. Dr. Connor is the best Vet I have found in this area. Skilled surgeon and compassionate and kind. The best. I haven't found another Vet yet. Miss you so much.
Dr. Connor and staff are great! They love your pet like it was their own. They take a lot of time with you to tell you everything you need to know and look for. They are readily available to answer questions or concerns. My puppy is not stressed when we visit so it is an enjoyable trip all together.
Dr. Connor and everyone at Kindness treat your pet like their own!!! They are all very attentive and loving with my Ragdoll furbaby, Rocket, and also very attentive to me... Explaining everything in detail, answering all my questions, and just doing little extras to make me and my pet feel comfortable and at ease!!
Thanks Kindness team for always being great when I come in with Zuko! I know he can be a handful and very vocal! He's just excited to see you. (Believe it or not he's pretty calm at home. Lol) And thanks too for taking care of Zuko's (very little) cousin Oliver the Yorkie when he came in the other day. You guys rock!
We have been clients of Kindness for 14 years. We have always been extremely happy with the care and treatment they have given to our dogs. We are even happier with the new owner, Dr. Connor. She is so personable and has proven herself to be great Veterinarian. Both her and the staff are so nice, so professional, and go the extra mile to provide exceptional service.
