Highly recommend this animal hospital if you are in the Ohio Valley. Just like their ads say, they are very caring and compassionate. Dr. Moore is kind, gentle, caring and we were confident leaving our Cocker Spaniel in her care for surgery. Thank you staff for caring abut our fur babies. We previously had gone to another place but was disappointed in the service.
Love Dr. Moore and the staff. You can tell they are genuine animal lovers and in the profession for all the right reasons. My dogs are wild childs and even then the staff still smile and are sweet as can be. Dr. Moore is so good with my dogs. She has such a sweet caring demeanor. Anytime I have questions or concerns regarding my dogs I always get a return phone call or if needed a prompt and timely visit.
Dr. Moore opened her office for my dog on Memorial day. She gave up part of her holiday to make sure my dog was alright. Words can't express how grateful I am to her!!!
I take both of my cats and now our new puppy to Kindler, Dr.Moore and everyone on her staff is absolutely wonderful! They are very helpful and friendly! They are patient and kind! I'm always made to feel like family when I go in there and not like it's a "business"! Thank you all for how well you treat my fur babies!
We recently had to have our 11 yr old Molly put to sleep within 2 hrs of tests that showed kidney failure and a tumor on her lung.Dr Moore had tears in her eyes while showing us her lab results.She pulled Molly through 2 bouts of gastritis from doing what a country dog does...eating stuff she found in the woods. plus many well dog and vaccination checks A week or so after picking up her remains we got a sympathy card with wildflower seeds and a donation to a good samaritan fund.Her ashes were in a beautiful wooden box with h... read more
