The Kindle team is so easy to work with. They are attentive, quick and knowelage about their products. They were able to provide me with alternatives when the project budget changed and did not allow for the spec item to be purchased. Kindle was able to provide an alternative that fit budget and still supplied at the highest of quality standards. Great to work with and highly recomended
Purchased 4 Sierra patios for my sister, and i actually shipped them via freight overseas. I won’t describe every step that they helped me outstandingly but i will say that their customer service is on point! They’re very helpful in selecting and describing the Patio models. Customer service was excellent! The Bella Kindle allowed us to enjoy the cool night in total comfort. In addition to providing great warmth, it is stunning to look at! Very happy with our purchase!
