Had a terrible experience at Kindle Ford today. I have been looking to get a new car so I came in and asked to test drive an Ecoboost Mustang (4 cylinder, nothing crazy). Tony Turse took pictures of my license (not a copy, a picture on his phone) he then told me he would have to test drive it and I would be in the passenger seat. Advertises vehicles which are not available (bait) and then offers a similar vehicle at a much higher price (switch). I would avoid this dealership if you are looking for transparent and/or competitive pricing.

Was sold extended warranty on a new $45000 truck the starter is hanging from the truck and they aren’t paying to fix it . The warranty claims it’s not considered broke. If the truck won’t start then it’s broke what else would you call that. It had to be towed at my expense to Kindel. It was brought to Steve Kindals attention and after 3 weeks he still hasn’t gotten back to me. So kindal and Chrysler should be responsible for it if warranty isn’t. It only has 30000 miles on it.
