My experience at Kindle & Boom was, without exaggeration, the worst haircut of my life. I went in for a simple trim, clearly stating I wanted to maintain my current style and keep the top layer long. What I got was a complete mess: a chopped top layer, disconnected sections, and uneven sides – essentially, two different haircuts on one head. All this for $90, without even a wash or blow-dry.
