I have been here previously and never had an issue with getting an appointment or booking. I went in today for services and was told the person I booked with was not there (update your website then) and then apparently they “tried to call me” but I still received a text confirming this appointment 48 hours in advance, which I accepted. I’d booked this almost 2 weeks ahead of the appt date. If something had changed, you’d think they would have tried more times or actually cancelled my appointment to spurn me to call?
