I lived here for about a year and a half and overall had a positive experience. I really appreciated having my own designated parking spot and being in a top-floor unit—it made a big difference in terms of comfort and privacy. There were times when the common areas could get a bit noisy, but management was always quick to communicate with residents and reinforce community guidelines through emails and posted notices, which I found helpful.
