It is a local business, so that's a good start. Then it has sort of an old school meat market/grocery vibe going, which is also good, but then you taste the food....yeah, then it's mic drop, dab, and backflip time. It's very tasty and will keep you up late debating on the trek to the store or at the very least your fridge, where you can stockpile the sauce!!! Enjoy my friends.
