3 stars for the workers. Total Sh!t hole. Nothing works right from the scales on the bucket loaders to the rusted out loaders to the belts moving the product. The loaders literally have tape and zip ties holding them together. People here are awesome, but this company doesn't fix things until they are 110% broken. Extremely inefficient and slow. It's not the people. It's the crap they've been given to work with. You will be overloaded 90% of the time. So there's that. The potholes here will tear up some sh!t as well. Bring b... read more
Loading from overhead is good but when being loaded with a wheel loader the guys don't care about bending your bows.
