The team at Kindbody was so supportive throughout my fertility journey. They have a very kind staff, with wonderful bedside manner and genuine care. Not to mention their office is super cute <3 Though I am so happy to now be pregnant, I will sincerely miss my whole team!! THANK YOU!
I wish I could rate the clinical team separately from the administrative and billing team. Clinically -- 5 stars. All staff is very welcoming, friendly and interactive with each appointment. Communication was always easy and clear. Appointments were on time and they overall worked very well and very professionally. Admin/Billing -- 0 stars. The clinical team and the billing team do not communicate with one another. We were often incorrectly billed. I've had a very positive experience at Kindbody. The nurses were all very friendly and helpful; they were always available and patient when answering the many questions I had. I felt well informed and clear about the financial obligations and variable costs. Going to a fertility clinic for any reason can be an emotional tolling process but Kindbody made me feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout my journey.
