Everyone was extremely friendly from Amanda and Karisa at the front to Shiloh and Zoe completing my tests and the informative conversation from Nicole. I feel completely supported, informed on the process and loved my visit.
Our experience with them through our IVF process has been amazing. The team there is really there with you through the whole journey. We could have not picked a better agency to go through for this process.
I'd like to firstly mention that the compassion and kindness that the staff and doctors have at kind body is truly the only reason I am giving 3 stars. secondly, after my initial appt in office doing a saline study, I now know after getting a second opinion by my OBGYN and another fertility clinic what they had told me was very misleading, all for my opinion to get a good chunk of change for IVF. Pain & Saline Bubble Test. I’ve waited a long time to write this review. The saline bubble test was 9/10 painful. One of the two nurses administering the exam asked me if I took Advil prior to the appt as instructed. I did. I was covering my mouth screaming and crying during the exam. There was no concern or intervention from the nurses. Once it was over they said “take as much time as you need to get dressed”.
