We did our IUI treatment at Kindbody and only have good things to say. From the beginning to the end, everything was very well explained. Their portal has great resources, and the whole team is extremely kind, professional, and supportive. We highly recommend Kindbody and are incredibly grateful for our beautiful twins!
This is my first negative review, but I feel I owe it to the fertility community to share my experience so others understand what they are signing up for when they entrust Kindbody with their future family. We went through four unsuccessful cycles—three rounds of timed cycling and one IUI. The first round went as well as it could. Kindbody in Atlanta is a HORRIBLE place to go for your fertility needs! We have been coming here for almost a year now but that is only because of our insurance or else we would have left this place a long time ago! The front desk staff are NEVER welcoming. Every single time I go in, they never acknowledge me or welcome me. You would think if you work in a fertility clinic the staff ESPECIALLY the front desk employees would be welcoming. If I could give zero stars i would. We have had nothing but issues with this company (Lu and Donna have been the best to work with). We have been lied to about mediations. We were paying over $50 per vial for the progesterone (we were told our pharmacy wouldn't order it and it wouldnt be covered in my local pharmacy. I knew better because I work in the pharmacy.) BEWARE their billing department is HORRIBLE. They overcharged us $1,000 which we tried to tell them they were, but they refused to listen to us and refused to do our IUI without payment upfront even though my husband's company was covering costs once procedures were done. So when my husband's company paid them the $1,000 that they insisted we give them in advance, we were not informed of the overpayment and didn't find out until our FSA told us 6 months later while trying to finalize our account from the previous year.
