From the moment I reached out, every question we had was answered and any concern was met immediately. The care that Joanie and Deanna provided to not only my dad, but our entire family was top notch. It takes a really special person to do the work they do and I assure you, they are doing exactly what they were meant to do. As many people often say, my only regret was not reaching out sooner.
I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful care. My mom received, I am so glad I went with your company and I was not disappointed. The care that my mom received was excellent. Kind Hearts is the place to go when needed for hospice care. Joanie is outstanding in her professionalism and care. Not just for the patient, but also for the family. I cannot say enough about her. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give her a 13. Cannot say enough. God bless her and all of the staff at Kind Hearts.
Very impressed with this Hospice. I have used them twice, both mom and dad.
