I’m leaving this review for Norma and Debbie Norma is the best bath aid you could ever ask for hands down top tier! And Debbie is a really good nurse she makes sure you have everything you need and gets right on it when you don’t!
We cannot thank this hospice enough for the love and comfort they provided our family. They went above and beyond to make sure our loved one was comfortable and peaceful. Their emotional support meant everything to us during such a challenging time. Truly a blessing.
The care and compassion shown by this hospice team was truly exceptional. Every nurse, aide, and staff member treated our family and our loved one with dignity, kindness, and respect. They were always available when we had questions and made a very difficult time much easier to navigate. We are incredibly grateful for their support.
This hospice provided outstanding, professional care from start to finish. Communication was clear, timely, and reassuring. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. We felt confident knowing our loved one was in good hands every step of the way.
Before coming under the care of Kind Heart Hospice, my mother-in-law was in a skilled nursing facility where it was a nightmare not only for her but the family, she was combative and rapidly declining.
